Kim Shanahan
Managing Director
Kim is an experienced human-services professional with a background spanning disabilities, mental health, substance use, and complex needs. With over 7 years in custodial settings and roles in rehabilitation and Return to Work services, she combines trauma-informed, eclectic approaches with strengths-based and systems theory. Kim emphasises neurodivergent awareness, client-led goal setting, and effective interagency collaboration to deliver outcome-focused psycho-social support.
